Mr. Beller was born and raised in rural Iowa. He began his higher education
at Iowa State University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree
in Political Science with minors in History and Sociology. He moved to
Georgia in 1996 to attend John Marshall Law School in Atlanta where he
received his Juris Doctorate degree. During his law school matriculation
he was on the Law Review and he received book awards for the highest grade
in Torts I and Research and Writing I.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Beller began his legal career working
for small plaintiff's personal injury firms in Atlanta. He was admitted
to the State Bar of Georgia, the Northern District of Georgia, and all
state and superior courts in Georgia in 1998. Working for small firms
allowed Mr. Beller to personally work with his clients and to obtain valuable
courtroom experience. During his 13 years of litigation experience, he
has had the privilege of
representing hundreds of clients at workers' compensation hearings,
civil trials, and Social Security hearings throughout Georgia.
In May, 2010, Mr. Beller joined Chestnut & Beller (then Chestnut, Beller
& Walter, Attorneys at Law) as a partner. His practice focuses on
workers' compensation, motor vehicle wrecks, and Social Security Disability
cases. Mr. Beller personally talks to all of his clients. This creates
a very personal attorney-client relationship and it allows Mr. Beller
to work with his clients to obtain the benefits they deserve and to reach
settlement agreements that are in the best interest of his clients. Mr.
Beller believes everyone who is injured at work or by the negligence of
others deserves professional, personal representation from an experienced
attorney. Besides the practice of law, Mr. Beller stays active in sports
and he enjoys spending lots of time with his wife and children.
